International standards – are rather expansive conception, being a part of everyday life activity. It is necessary to take into account all aspects to meet the requirements. While their implementing into the system of Transdniestrian customs bodies, the board of State Customs Committee of Dniester Moldavian Republic (SCC of DMR) is confident that in this business is important everything, especially if we speak about the legal side. Therefore the specialists of SCC approach a question of taking out a license for the full-dress uniform of employees of customs bodies in a view of the international requirements connected with the recognition of the results of intellectual activity and manners of individualization. To speak other words, SCC became a patent-owner of the industrial sample “Winter uniform and head-dress”, having got for it a license in the Ministry of Justice of DMR. To design the departmental cloths (special and uniform) for any of power structure - it is not idle time business.

 

It means both scientific-research and the developmental works with the home and foreign experience, own innovations, being able to provide the complex solution of problems on making of common uniform style, being typical for concrete department; clothes design on certain size-growth scale of typical figures in view of typology of employees of concrete department; on formation of complete methodology of constructive construction of all collection of products, etc…

 

SCC took out a patent for this factory-made sample in accordance with the patent law of DMR by this way, registered its own rights to this model of uniform, which are the subject of the law. In accordance with the law: “The patent certifies the priority, authorship of the factory-made samples and the exclusively right of the patent-owner to its usage”. 

 

Four pneumatic pistols, hidden from customs, control were revealed by the employees of the customs check-point (CCP) “Pervomaysk” of the customs house of town Tiraspol in a “Mazda” car, following from the Ukraine to Moldova Republic. They were revealed by Vladimir Tabak, the linear inspector of the CCP “Pervomaysk”. As he later told the gun-case, being revealed in the cabin’s car gave rise to doubt, concerning the weapon’s presence in it. That’s why the transport vehicle was carefully examined.  After it customs officer`s suspicions were proved. The pistols were hidden under the back seats of vehicle so the revealing of it was impossible. Also there were two units of weapon, being bolted to the seat’s bracket.

 

As the defendant later explained, being the owner one of the Kishinev gun-shop he resorted to the lies due to avoid some questions and difficulties dealing with weapon`s presence in his transport. The employees of CCP “Kuchurgany” of Ukraine customs house   didn`t reveal the hidden pistols during the customs control realization.

 

The cases on customs rules violation on two articles of Customs Code are drawn up regarding the weapons` owners. Also the fact, connected with not declaring of goods during Transdnistrian customs border passing was formed. Besides pistols in a car, there were a hundred gas-cylinders and different attributes to their usage revealed. All these goods were undeclared to customs body in accordance with customs legislation’s requirements.

 

Detection of the facts related to the light drugs facilities of photogenus origin moving from Moldova to Russia and Ukraine became an every day occurrence for a long time. Neither for the Ukrainian, nor for Russia low-enforcement bodies it`s not a secret, that the citizens of some Moldavian villages, stuck in unemployment earn their living not just by the internal organs selling, but also growing the hemp and poppy for drugs production – in the main marijuana and poppy-straw.    

 

But, in accordance with the last messages of the Ukrainian official web site of the State Customs Service the direction of the Moldavian narcotraffic is in full swing, being a new kind of photogenous origin drugs (hashish), which is more seriously and dangerous for people health. It`s produced from Indian hemp, in a pressed powder- like form, and as a rule it`s used for smoking. Materials contain in the hashish cause narcotic intoxication, which is expressed in an euphoria state or, on the contrary, braking of the psyche of the person up to the lost of bearing. Tiredness, paranoia, mental disease are results of hashish overdose. Thought, Moldavian narcodeallers planed to regale Russia people by this “food”. On the customs check-point (CCP) “Ovruch” of customs house of town Zhitomersk narcotic mass was revealed while the checking of the train “Kishinev-St. Petersburg” direction. (But, as it generally known, in accordance with the decision of the official Kishinev the long distance trains don`t drive into the Transdniestria territory).
